The “Poached”

#meatheadz brought a little Wisconsin into the Bacon Blend kitchen. Pete’s Hamburger Stand in Prairie du Chien has been cooking burgers in water and onions for over 110 years. This method of poaching patties allowed Pete’s to serve up 60 burgers every 10 minutes or so. Great for cooking for the masses! And proof that you don’t have to be fancy to be delicious 👌 Now where’d I put my Beast Lite?
